The scene of 400,000 people running away while the Three Gorges Dam was at the top of Flood

The heavy flood caused by heavy rains that lasted on December 5 is causing terrible damage to the Chinese people and raising fears of breaking the Three Gorges dam at the top of the flood.
China denies the possibility of breaking the Three Gorges hydroelectric dam
Before the record floods in the South that could affect the Three Gorges hydroelectric dam and threaten the lives of nearly 400 million people, China has repeatedly affirmed the absolute sustainability of the project.
Previously, a hydrological expert warned on international media that the Tam Hiep hydropower dam could break at any time before the current flood situation.

Chinese experts have denied this information and confirmed that the dam is still intact and has backup capabilities to keep the current water flow during the heavy rain in southwestern China.

The water level at Tam Hiep lake last week rose to 167 meters, 22 meters higher than the flood warning threshold. Meanwhile, the amount of water poured into the lake amounted to 36,500 cubic meters per second compared with 30,500 cubic meters per second the day before.

The warning water level has sparked rumors that the world's largest hydroelectric project has suffered structural damage, leaving millions to migrate.
